Data Entry Position
What is Data Entry?
All Year Cooling is looking to fill a data entry position. Data Entry is the process of entering information into electronic formats by using data processing software on a computer. The job involves scanning, entering and maintaining data from our HVAC clients.
All Year Cooling values customer service as its #1 priority. In order to ensure this, we provide training to our employees to make sure everyone is working at a top-notch standard and provides an excellent experience for our guests. Under these circumstances, it isn’t required to have direct data entry experience but we do look for candidates that have a knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. In addition, adequate keyboarding speed and attention to detail are also crucial to this position. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn the required software and complete tasks at an efficient speed.
Customer Service Coordinators
What Do Service Coordinators Do?
As a Service Coordinator for All Year Cooling, you will be responsible for receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments and be answering/making phone calls. You will be handling the dispatch board that includes scheduling and dispatching technicians. In addition, you will be responsible for handling customer service, and other related duties when necessary.
All Year Cooling values customer service as its #1 priority. In order to ensure this, we provide training to our employees to make sure everyone is working at a top-notch standard and provides an excellent experience for our guests. Because we provide employee training for each position, it isn’t required to have direct ‘dispatching’ experience, but we do value previous job experience in the HVAC industry or working as a service dispatcher in a similar industry. Due to the nature of service dispatching, we do require hard-working individuals who are quick adopters of the All Year Cooling programs and systems operations. We are looking for candidates who are quick and critical thinkers and have good communication skills.
Accounts Receivable Specialist
What Does an Accounts Receivable Specialist Do?
As a Accounts Receivable Specialist for All Year Cooling, you will be responsible for acquiring debts owed by receiving and posting payments to accounts, monitoring overdue accounts, and maintaining files. Some of the responsibilities include sending bill notices, reaching out to customers with unpaid debt, working out a payment plan with the customer, and turning over accounts to attorneys when necessary.
In order to ensure that the customer is our #1 priority, we provide training to our employees to make sure everyone is working with quality standard and provides an excellent experience for our guests. Furthermore, it isn’t required to have any specific experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist , but it highly esteemed by our hiring committee if you have experience in the HVAC industry or have worked in a similar job setting previously. We look for candidates who are hard-working and who are willing to learn and adopt new office skills and customer service finesse.
