Customer Services Coordinator – Evening Shift

Job Description

The Customer Services Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for customers, assesses the needs of each customer, and takes the steps necessary to resolve the question or concern.

Job Requirements

  • Interact with customers – receive customer calls for service, schedule appointments, and enter service call information into system.
  • Listen, identify critical information, address situation and provide solutions.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Ability to sympathize with customer and show empathy with situation.
  • Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well; proven ability to multi-task.
  • High level of problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail is critical. To be considered for this position, please respond with the word zebra in the subject or first sentence of your response.
  • Ability to be patient and maintain a positive and upbeat demeanor.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, and reach with hands and arms.  This position involves long periods of sitting and using a computer and phone.

Schedule & Travel

This position is for evening hours from 3pm until midnight weekdays and 2pm until midnight on one evening per weekend.  Days of work will be Wednesday through Saturday or Sunday through Wednesday, with Wednesday’s hours split.

No travel is required for this position.

Required Experience

  • One year in a customer service industry – either retail, call center, or any other position in which primary job responsibility was dealing directly with customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills required.
